I brought my truck into Rescue 1 for an interior detail and came away genuinely impressed. Justin was professional, straightforward, and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and why.
The interior needed a real reset, especially the carpets and high traffic areas, and they delivered. The carpets feel clean, not just vacuumed, and the leather looks refreshed without that greasy, overdone shine some places leave behind. Even the small areas like vents, seams, and tight spots were handled well, which is usually where shortcuts show up.
What stood out to me most is that this wasn’t a quick in and out job. You can tell time and attention were put into it, and the results reflect that. It actually feels like the interior was restored, not just cleaned.
If you want the details and want it done right, Rescue 1 know how to do it.
Update: Updating my review after having Rescue 1 do exterior detailing work on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee as well.
I was already impressed with the interior work, but the exterior detail honestly exceeded my expectations. The paint had accumulated a lot of swirl marks and wear over the years from automatic car washes, and Justin and his team brought a surprising amount of life back into it. The black paint looks much deeper and cleaner now, with noticeably better gloss and reflection in the sunlight.
What I really appreciate is that they didn’t just make it look shiny for pickup day. The vehicle actually looks refreshed and restored in a way that took years off its appearance. Even walking up to it in parking lots now, I catch myself noticing how much cleaner and sharper it looks compared to before.
You can tell these guys actually care about the quality of the work they put out. The pride in it is obvious and well-appreciated. Very happy I trusted Rescue 1 with the Jeep.

If you found this business, you need to choose them! The owner Justin is very knowledgeable and professional. We brought our used vehicle to him to use the Ozone Treatment (Odor Removal) on the STRONG cigarette smoke smell. And, had the car detailed on the inside. It was the previous owners "Puff Palace" and was unbearable to drive. Working with Justin was the best decision. He stands behind his work, his shop is impressive and his knowledge is extensive. If you want quality work and someone who is professional to work with, then choose Rescue 1. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
