Not too often do you find a 5 star place that lives up to the hype of previous reviews, but Justin delivers. My 2019 black Audi S5 is my baby, but it’s had rough paint from the factory re-sprays, and a careless previous owner, and was in desperate need of paint correction. As anyone with a black car knows, it’s a bear to keep clean, but even after cleaning the swirl marks and scratches are painfully noticeable. Justin was 100% honest about what it would take and was super communicative throughout the whole process, sending texts and photos as he worked through each imperfection. After which, he applied a durable ceramic coating from C6 and explained why that made sense over other options in our harsh IL winters. He took the time to explain everything he did, why he did it, and how to properly maintain the coating. The final result is nothing short of stunning, but to say he’s a miracle worker understates the amount of time, care, and energy he poured into bringing this car back from a potential repaint. His attention to detail is why Rescue 1 has 5 stars, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who cares about their car.

Absolutely Blown Away!
Wow—where do I even begin? Justin at Rescue 1 Auto Detailing was handed a tough canvas to work with. My truck came from the factory with noticeable imperfections in the paint—swirl marks, linear scratches, and, to make matters worse, two panels that had been poorly resprayed by a body shop.
To say Justin had his work cut out for him would be a massive understatement.
From the start, he was incredibly honest and transparent about what to expect, which I truly appreciated. His communication throughout the entire process was top-notch—I received regular updates, phone calls, and photos that kept me informed every step of the way.
What Justin delivered far exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are second to none. The final result? A truck that looks better than the day I picked it up from the dealership.
